At Maochi, we put care into every design and product we create. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

• At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• All sales are final once your order is placed.
• Please double-check product details, size charts, and your shipping information before completing checkout.

Refunds

• Since we do not accept returns, refunds are not issued for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.
• Refunds will only be considered if:
  • You receive a damaged or defective item
  • You receive the wrong product in your order
• If this happens, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at maochistreetwear@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

We’re a growing streetwear brand, and every order means a lot to us. While we can’t take returns yet, we promise to always handle product issues fairly and do our best to make sure you’re satisfied.
